    It’s of vital importance to us that we are fair trade-certified and to offer sustainable products. Our throws are woven in soft, recyclable alpaca and sheep wool. Elvang Denmark is fair trade certified at the highest level by the World Fair Trade Organization (WFTO), which guarantees our customers that our entire value chain is examined and meets the requirements for fair trade - both at our company in Denmark and at our suppliers in Peru. Our sustainable throws and cushions are also available in organic cotton, which is sustainably produced in Portugal at a GOTS certified factory. GOTS stands for “Global Organic Textile Standard”. This guarantees that our throws are produced in accordance with environmental and responsible standards. All of our alpaca products and organic cotton throws and cushions are produced in accordance with environmental and responsible standards. They contain no harmful chemicals and are hypo-allergenic.
